Changes to the scope, schedule, or required integrations should be agreed in writing. Third-party software, hosting, advertising spend, production expenses, or licensing costs are included only where the proposal says so.
Source-code ownership, creative working files, third-party licences, confidentiality, support, maintenance, and any service commitments are defined for the particular engagement. Website service descriptions do not replace those project-specific arrangements.
